CAITLIN-MARIE MINER ONG
Caitlin-Marie Miner Ong is an award-winning illustrator, artist, and director based in Boston. Having studied fine art from an early age, her personal work explores the juxtaposition between contemporary topics and traditional compositions.
Taking inspiration from Fauvism, Caitlin-Marie's work focuses on bold color combinations and maximalism. Patterns, strong shadows, and deconstructed perspectives pay homage to artists like Matisse while contrasting the pervasive minimalist art movement of today.
Caitlin-Marie Miner Ong studied painting and art history in Venice, IT at the Scuola Internazionale di Grafica, graduating from Pratt Institute with a BFA in Art Direction and a minor in Art History. Her art has been published internationally and in publications like Martha Stewart, Real Simple, and Travel + Leisure.

Inspired by the fullness of the season, “feast” is a celebration of light and color. Graphic shadows and linear compositions contrast overlapping patterns and textures in this limited series where food meets fashion.
